Biography
Associate professor (docent) Jelena Kovač is a specialist doctor at the Department of Digestive Radiology, First Surgical Clinic, University Clinical Centre of Serbia. In 2004, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine. She was an assistant trainee at the Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology until 2007. She has worked at the Centre for Radiology and Magnetic Resonance since 2007. She started working as a clinical assistant at the Department of Radiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade in 2012. She was elected to the position of assistant professor in 2019 in the same department. In 2016, she completed postdoctoral training at the University Hospital in Heidelberg, at the Clinic for Abdominal Surgery.
