What sets us apart from others?

Our centre performs around 40 pancreatic resections and about 100 liver resections each year, including liver resections for gallbladder and extrahepatic bile duct cancer. Most liver and pancreatic surgeries are complex and require intricate resections, and some necessitate combining vascular and biliary reconstructions of the portal vein, hepatic artery, and bile ducts. Furthermore, our Centre’s specialists provide additional consultations, known as second opinions, when making therapeutic decisions for liver and pancreatic cancer treatment.
